As a buyer's agent, I work exclusively for you the buyer and represent only your interest in the purchase of your new home. Buying a home, especially for the first time, should be an exciting adventure full of interesting considerations.

However, buying a home, especially your first home, can be a very trying and demanding journey. It can be quite stressful- full of "do's" and "don'ts", legal words and phrases, forms to be signed, places to be, and decisions to make.

As your Buyer's Agent, I will make you aware of financing options (including grants) and the lenders that offer them. We will look at houses (both online and in person) that match your budget and lifestyle and find the one that will become your home. I will research market conditions and help you to negotiate. I will be present when your home is inspected by as ASHI-certified engineer, ensuring your concerns are addressed. We will review the report together and negotiate the important items. Title search, survey, appraisal and loan commitment will be on time and any issues addressed quickly. You will move in knowing your interests came first and there is nothing to worry about but the housewarming.
